Boverket's mandatory provisions and general recommendations for temporary accommodation facilities

During a few months in 2015 many refugees came to Sweden. So many that existing accommodations were too few and more had to be built.

To speed up the process to build temporary accommodations and to lower the costs Boverket was commissioned to write mandatory provisions and general recommendations for temporary accommodation facilities.

This regulation contains mandatory provisions and general recommendations on adjustments and deviations from the requirements on new construction, reconstruction and other alterations to buildings for temporary accommodation facilities.
